I had the same mail issues. I couldn’t find a solution so I went back to 12.4 since email is critical for work. It’s the same issues for my exchange, office 365, gmail, and iCloud email accounts.
I tried disabling and re-enabling all of my email accounts. That seems to have helped a little bit.

I’m having way less problems and issues than before with beta 4. Nothing mega broken is standing out for me.

I'm still having problems with Mail. Tried everything I can think of. At this point I'm thinking that these problems won't get resolved until I do a DFU restore and re-upgrade to the current Beta.

I just reverted back to iPhone 12.4. Had issues with the keyboard either closing randomly or overwriting text when I was correcting something which was beyond annoying. My Apple Watch (and many others apparently) have significant battery drain with iOS 13 PB4 - used to end the day with 60% battery and with the beta I would end around 30% making it basically impossible to go 2 days on a single charge. Lastly, a few apps I had to double tap for something to activate which was odd. Really liked the features coming though and am excited for the official build release.

I think my biggest issue is that the swipe up isn't properly oriented in some apps or it doesn't properly detect. I can be using the phone in landscape for games (like Hearthstone) and instead it will still be on the bottom of the phone instead of the side even though the indicator bar is on the side. When it first happened it was extremely frustrating and disorienting as I essentially couldn't go back "home". After I figured it out, it's fine. But I'm sure it will be solved by the time iOS13 comes out.

That has been a new bug that I've seen within the past 1 or 2 betas. I don't remember seeing that before then.

Glad the beta is stabilizing out. I can't go back to google's swipe keyboard. Prefer apple's as it feels more integrated and less crashes (could be attributed to apple's fault but yea)

I usually drop out of the beta program right about now. Haven’t seen anything exciting in 13.1 yet.

One feature I really like in it is that they brought back "share my ETA" in the maps app (I use Maps as opposed to Google because I try to give Google the least amount of my info as possible). They took it out. The other thing is: dark mode has spoiled me. No interest in going off of beta to get onto 12 again.

Respect, same here.

Oh I won't be going back to iOS 12 anymore. What I was trying to say was that I don't participate in the betas for the minor releases of iOS, just the major releases.
