Internet Security Appliance

I'm looking for info and options on internet security appliances. We are a small company (less than 100 PCs) with a T1 and need to get better control of bandwidth usage. We know we would like options to block access to some specific domains as well as completely block some individual user access.

We already have a manged router and firewall but they don't have the granular control we are looking for.

I'd like to hear any suggestions you might have.
