Internet not working with Neo4 Platinum

I got the system up and running installed XP and all the drivers, but when I plug in the cable in the LAN jack it says "Limited or no connectivity". It has 2 LAN jacks, and neither will work.

Any ideas to remedy?

BTW I have RoadRunner (cable) and the important things in the system are...
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum (non sli)
AMD 64 3200+ Venice

If you are plugging directly into the cable modem, make sure to power cycle the cable modem a few time while it is connected to the intended lan port.

I'm pretty sure it's not the board since one of the two ethernet ports would have worked.

I flahsed the BIOS to the new 1.4 and now it works...
