Internet Bandwidth Monitor

Does anyone know of a good bandwidth monitor that can run as a service on server 2008 r2? I have Forefront TMG setup as my firewall/router and tried NetLimiter in the past, which was great, tons of information, but after 48 to 72 hours the firewall would just stop processing HTTP requests. Non web traffic worked fine but something between TMG and NetLimiter was causing the HTTP filter to just stop working until I rebooted the server. Once I uninstalled it everything else started working fine, except now I don't have a convenient way to monitor network traffic.

An oldie but goodie I use on some systems: DU Meter
It just shows a real time graph of the bandwidth used and keeps track of daily, weekly and monthly totals in and out. On one system I've have this on, it's transferred 59tb since 2/2009

What are you monitoring it for?

Because ISPs seem content to give us caps with no good way of monitoring how close we are to said caps.

I myself use Cacti on Linux, but it works on windows as well. One of the developers has actually made an install package for windows. http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14946
