Since this new chipset has more pcieX bandwidth you think the dongle and/or master card requirement will be abolished. Or maye you can use 2 x1800 xl or xt ala x1600 masterless mode? What do ya think??
Somebody already has posted same thread It is " is master card required?" thread. No, you will not need a master card to run Xfire with x1x00 series. Enough bandwish will be allowed, so there will be no need for it.
