Intel Unveils 16 New Processors @ [H]

I still don't get the x9000. It's slower than both the e8400 and e8500, but it's around $600 more expensive.

Is intel charging us $600 for an unlocked multiplier? Lame.

X9000 is a Socket P processor at 45w TDP, it's the flagship of Intel's mobile line. It's not designed to be compete with the E8400/E8500.

Will Intel ever release anymore 1066FSB Core 2 Duos for older 1066FSB limited motherboards that support C2D???

Really? does anyone know where I could get more information about these new Wolfdale 3M???

And is it really campatible with the original 1066FSB C2D supported mobo, I'm using a HP 945G with a E6700<<<will it work on this????
