May I add this was not AMD vs Intel in US of A. It seems quite a few people just don't get it, that USA law does not apply outside of its borders. The rest of the world is not governed by America even tho a few like to think so and hope so.
This case will of course help AMD in their fight against Intel in the USA down the road.
