I'm working on migrating an older Windows Server 2003 instance server to new hardware. I've used Acronis to clone the older server and deploy onto the new machine. After loading the RAID controller and other miscellaneous drivers, the machine seems just about ready.

However, I'm having a difficult time removing a legacy application tied to the previous server's hardware. It's called the "IMB Driver", or the "Intel MPI Benchmark". Every startup shows an error from the Service Control Manager that it could not initialize the driver. I've already uninstalled the driver from "Device Manager" (after doing View --> Show hidden devices), and have uninstalled the software entry from Add/Remove Programs. But there's still something trying to startup this software.

Any guidance is appreciated!
