Intel matx DP67DE build

Seeing that this is one of three p67 matx boards available(other = ASUS which may have other problems too), I'll do any Q&A that anyone has when my mobo comes in (within a few days), to see how Intel mobos are

Not like many would want to(or able to find) intel SB builds currently due to the SATA problem. I only have 1 SATA hdd, so no problems for me. Just sold my previous system, so I need one soon. Got it from Buy.com for $125 after tax

Had a $190 i5-2500k from Microcenter sitting on my desk since 1/4, planning to use of my existing PSU, case, RAM, HDD, GPU. stock cooler at first(and testing the OC), maybe getting a 212+ later
