Practical use wise, going to be a tough sell with i9-10980xe for under $1K.

You must have a special loop, lol. I had 9900k. It couldn't run stress test at 5ghz. Heat was crazy on it. Not sure how you are pushing 5.2ghz on 14 cores lol. I was on 360mm AIO but I didn't know custom loops were that much better. I expect some improvements, but you must have a good one.

Thats not my setup. But yes custom WC is alot better then AIO.

Custom loops built 15 years ago cool better than current 240/360mm AIOs.
