Intel HD graphics showing code 12 (not enough resources)

this is on my laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver,even updated it. it shows up fine in safe mode. Ideas?

No idea... could it be lack of RAM? some, if not all IGP have shared memory with system RAM I think...

Ah too bad. What model of laptop is it? How much RAM? What processor? What version of Windows? Some of that could be helpful information. What version of Intel graphics is it?
