Same cpu as yours, just a 5700x in PBO with the Peerless Assassin 120 SE, my board is the MSI B550 Mortar, and I use all 4 memory slots with Muskin Redline @ 3600 Cl 14 in 4 x 8GB = 32GB

I think 5000series runs better using all 4 dimms vs a 2 x 16GB.
