Intel announces XᵉSS 2 with AI-powered frame generation and low latency

I would like XeSS upscaler improvements to make it less blurry because current XeSS is very blurry compared to every single upscaler (DLSS2/FSR2/TSR/PSSR).
And I don't mean presets using lower render resolution vs DLSS2/FSR2 but general appearance is blurry. It is less of an issue on high-PPI 4K monitors and anti-aliasing is excellent* but on 1440p monitor it starts to be a bit too blurry visually.
Still I will prefer XeSS in some games where FSR2 is failing certain effects e.g. in Cyberpunk 2077 lots of effects look quite blocky using FSR2 and generally FSR2 looks like TAA put through its paces to put out more than it was designed to do. DLSS2 especially makes game look much better than even TAA and XeSS while not as good and more blurry it is at least somewhat similar.

Anyways, improvements in XeSS and especially if those were available for all GPUs would be very welcome.
Having AI based upscaler available for all but working much faster on Intel's hardware was very good move from Intel. Would like to see this idea continue and improvements made to work everywhere.
