Intel 5300 and Dell D630

I was wondering if anyone has tried to use a Intel wireless N 5300 card in a Dell D630 or other intel 965 chipset laptops.

After I installed it using windows 7 Ult and using intel's newest drivers the device says "This device can not start(Code 10)" It also did that with the default win7 drivers. I also tried a fresh install and same thing.

However if I boot with Ubuntu 10.04 the card works fine.

Any thoughts?

Definitely the drivers if it works in Ubuntu.

if the newest ones don't work what else do i need to try?
