Installed Linux on eSATA drive

If I run lunux that is already installed on a eSATA drive wll it mess with my two Windows (WIn 10 & Win 11) that is on two other SSD's. I don't want to screw up those Windows drives

Now, while I would say you'll need to adjust the boot options in the BIOS each time, the Linux install won't fuck with the Windows installs, but if you leave it connected and boot into windows, I can't guarantee windows doesn't decide to throw shit on it. Windows is wildin'.
