Install Windows fromUSB

Can I directly transfer an ISO file onto a USB flash drive and double click on it to install Windows?

EDIT: OK, apparently you need to install a tool on your flash drive. But it says it formats your drive. Once I install Windows though, can I use the full capacity of the drive?

Exactly, this is the easiest and best way to do it. No, do not use any other tool if it is Windows 10 you are talking about, unless you need to install an older version.
 
Oh really? Oh well, I ended up finding a blank disk so I just installed Windows 8.1.
