Anyone know of a way to easily make multiple single PDFs out of a multi-page InDesign Document?

I do page layout and design for a real estate magazine. Some advertisers have multiple pages that we have to make individually each month when we create PDFs for our printer. So, say I have an ad with 5 pages in it. I have to go in and make each page (1-5), specifying each page needs to be made in the "print" screen.

So, I go in, specify page one, export to high resolution. Then page 2, then page 3... Have to do this each time. Would much rather go in, tell it i want 1-5 in separate files, numbered sequentially.

is this possible?

-Open your InD file
-File > Export to PDF
-Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro
-Tools > Pages > Extract
Check Extract pages as separate files and then hit OK to save

It will dump how ever many pages you have into PDFs named after the original PDF (ie "magazine ads") and add a number after the title (ie "magazine ads 1", "magazine ads 2" etc).
