You can find 6600 GTs that are AGP and dual DVI such as this one

XFX 6800 128MB, I got one on TigerDirect for about $190 dollars. But I don't think they sell them anymore.

Its dual DVI.

If its 2D performance you want, the Matrox P650 is a sweet card. I've purchased 4 of them from Ebay for $75 - $95 for UXGA LCDs. Good AGP card. Probably stinks for gaming, if that's what you want.
