Hey guys, I'm overclocking a 9700K. It's running fine, but in stress tests the clocks are dropping to 4.6 GHz on some cores and the flag in the title is becoming active. I thought I'd turned off power limits, but this one seems related to PL4? I'm using a Maximus XI Hero. Any idea what setting I missed?
