You'll have to be more specific on which features that you are referring to. IE9, FF, and Chrome share a great deal of features but tend to have unique ones as well...
 
One of the main goals of IE9 is to make IE do things that other browsers have been doing for years.

+1 for being more specific.
 
The latest FF beta has hardware acceleration, as does chrome canary (I hear, haven't tried it.) Not sure how complete each implementation is in comparison to IE9 which is very complete. Safari on Mac is supposed to be getting it eventually too.
 
one more thing.
is the hardware already enabled on in all of them ?
