Yup. Being described as an SoC and support for LPDDR4, also go in hand with it being a low power mobile part even if the article didn't also say it was a U series (15w laptop) chip. 2.5-3x the IGP performance will still let them do a fair bit better when forced to try and game though.

The rumor mill has high end laptop and desktop parts sticking to 14nm for another year or three. It also says that of the 4 planned 10nm fabs, 2 are getting 7nm tools and a 3rd is only being upgraded to 14nm; which suggests that 10nm will never be a widely available product for Intel.
