i9-13900 (65W) - Noctua NH-D12L enough?

I have an i9-13900 incoming. This is the 65W version.

Is the Noctua NH-D12L good enough to cool this CPU well? I was considering the NH-D15S, but it's just so big and would make getting to the RAM a pain on my ITX board.

If you keep the 13900 at the stock power/turbo limits, the NH-D12L will be plenty.

If you want to open up the power limit, the NH-D12L would probably be good for mid 80's for temps, with about 160watts (Maybe a bit less wattage), for a Cinibench R23 torture test.

13th gen also usually undervolts pretty well. -0.050 is pretty much garunteed. You may be able to do more.
