i7 860/870 OC guide for newbies?

Hey guys,

I'm probably bad at the search function but I can't find an i7 OC guide for the lga1156 chips which I would really like instead of the other Quad guides because this is my very first time doing this. I know there are only minor differences but I am just learning the terms and the process so I'm in need of a step by step type guide I can follow if anyone knows one.

This is also the first PC I've ever built thanks to all the help from members and the stickies, I'm very happy with it but now I need to get the most out of it if I can.

Nevermind, found some myself finally, not exactly the most popular chips these lga1156 i7's.
