just type in 9800pro in pricewatch an d u'll find a huge number of 256mb 9800p's at around 340-350.

what i find confusing is that all of the 9800p 256mb's on that page have dr1 as opposed to ddr2. i thought all 256mb versions had ddr2?

ill just grab one in march along with another new watercooler this march. how low do u ppl think the 9800's prices for both 128mb and 256mb will drop at around this march?

I got in on Friday and have been terribly underwhelmed. Deus Ex: IW is horribly pixelated. It's playable, but WTF? Even on high video settings (4x AA & 8 anti.S filtering, 1280x1024, 32bit etc.) i get a fine framerate, but it looks like crap. It's only pixelated on Deus Ex, not COD or anything else I've tried. Still finding the right drivers I guess.

Why does ATI make you install a 3rd party piece of software (like Redline) alter the quality settings? Grrrr, I hope this wasn't a $365 mistake
