Can this be done easily???

I have a WRT54G router and I did not see any options to do this. This is for my friend's coffe shop. We would like for when people jump on his wireless network, it will bring up his web site when they launch Internet Explorer.

Thanks in advance.

you can use Tomato firmware and setup a captive portal I think.

You could setup a captive portal yes, but this may require you to enter a username and password.

yea its captive portal.

i have not set one up, so not much help.

i think dd-wrt can do it, gotta do some research, i think something is called wifidog.

you will have to use a different firmware on teh AP, ala DD-WRT or Tomato. In DD-WRT the captive portal used to be called ChilliSpot or something like that, haven't used it in years. If I remember correctly you can either specify a web page to redirect to or you can build a page with TOS or some crap and make people click on okay or some crap.

You could also just use the WRT as an AP and then setup a linux based firewall on an old PC to do the captive portal stuff if your WRT doesn't support the other firmwares.
