I run a file server that runs 24-7 at home and one of my fractal fans finally died.

I need a replacement and want something that will function well in a horizontal orientation (I think sleeve bearings may not be the best for this but at the time they were cheap and fit the bill).

I was looking at these two fans but I'm reading the mag lev fans might not operate correctly at 7 volts)
I don't care about PWM as these will be voltage controlled.

or maybe this?

I want quiet so maybe neither of these fans are good? It's just a fileserver although it does run some cameras. It has a 560 thin low airflow radiator to cool the CPU. I don't monitor temps closely but its been working with these weak 1000 rpm fans at 7 volt for a few years so it probably does not get very hot with the watercooling.

Quiet is important but they are for a radiator not case fans.

Thanks in advance!

i have 3 Noctua 140mms 1200rpms on my 420 rad cant hear them at all at full speed. im even thinking about trying a 140 to 120 mod and using all 140mm fans to make everything much more quiet but i have doubts i could make them fit.

Are they F12s? Or the ones I linked? Or something else?
Thanks!
