I need DDR2 that is good to 500+ (On a budget)

I have an excellent e6300 that will do 3.5 ghz stock volts... My DS3 seems to be going high, but it's all limited by my 667 twinx ram that surprisingly will do around 970ish with loose timings.

I need new ram that will perform well and almost certainly hit 500 and beyond. I need to get these for < 200 shipped.

Any ideas?

how much ram do you need? i know of something that'll hit 600mhz and only costs about $30, but it's a 256mb stick of value

getting a nice overclockable 2gb kit for <200 is real tough. that's value ram pricing there

My 533mhz ddr2 sticks don't overclock past 20 increase in bios no matter how much i OC my ram. I would say shoot for at least 667.

What about this stuff? I don't want to get rid of the ram I'm using... which seems to OC really well (am I wrong?) for more expensive stuff that won't beat these sticks.

well.. i didn't thinkof this before. what are the ratio options in the bios for the memory? is there not a ratio that is less than 1:1?

I wish.... 2x (1:1 is the lowest you can run the ram :\
