not sure what speed this is 3733? id like 16 gigs of ram and someone says it needs to be cl16 NO higher thanks for links and suggestions :)

Saw an oc video this morning before work. He used G.SKILL TridentZ Series 4266 cas19 and brought it down to 3600 and could push to 14-13-13-13-36
I will look for the video and update post

I guess i didnt say it right im looking for links to purchase ram with the 3733 ratings cl 16 thanks

While i agree with whats been said. Theres no reason you have to get ddr4 4200 to get down to 3733 c16. get the cheapest ddr4 4000 you can find and save some change. Most anything ddr4 4000 is high binned b die and will downclock to the speed and timings you want pretty easily.

This team group 4133 is a sweet deal

Here are some solid patriot modules for $150

If you want rgb memory at those speeds its more expensive. Unless you go with these for $134

looking for cl16 why is everything 17 and 18? i guess i dont understand anymore just old tired and looking for some 3600 ram or whatever 3733 speeds are with cl16 timings or below with links to see the price and product i guess im asking to much

Sadly it seems 3733 c16 isnt going to be available anytime soon from what ive seen at least. Thats why i made the suggestions i gave.
Gskill and patriot are going to be releasing amd 3000 specific modules in the coming months but neither include 3733 if i remember correctly. The sub timings are optimized for amd. They both skip over 3733 altogether. Going with 3600 and 4000 or faster speeds. Anandtech is where i read about the amd modules.

everything listed will do what you asked or better.(but manual bios changes need to be made) but it looks like you want plug n play.
So wait for the Gskill neo memory

"Powerful Performance
With each module individually crafted with hand-screened high performance ICs and custom 10-layer PCB with RGB lighting, Trident Z Neo will be available in DRAM frequency speeds of up to DDR4-3600 at a very efficient CL14-15-15-35 timing and in a wide range of capacity configurations, up to 64GB (16GBx4). As seen in the 5-hour stress test screenshot below, a Trident Z Neo 32GB (8GBx4) memory kit is running at DDR4-3600 CL14-15-15-35 on the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Formula motherboard, based on the AMD X570 chipset"

Don't forget that sweet sweet RGB lol.

Is it really that hard to offer a non-riced up memory kit? We're not all posting to /r/PCMR.
