I keep getting this IE8 error..ideas?

Hey guys everytime I start up IE8 i get the following message.

any idea how to solve this?...I cant seem to make it go away.

Start IE with all add-ons disabled.

If Google Toolbar is running, then not all of your add-ons are disabled.
