I keep getting requests for payments on paypal?

So do I need to nuke my paypal account? I am using 2 step verification with my phone but I keep getting weird requests for payment texts from paypal? I changed the email and password associated with the account but still get these notices.

Ah. I found some permissions from ebay on my paypal account that was not me. I already shut that account down bc of similar activity.

You can disable the notifications under Paypal Settings, you may also disable the entire receive payment functionality under " Getting paid and managing my risk section" section.

It seems to have slowed down. I was just concerned that someone had my info. PayPal has been less than helpful via email. I really hate calling them.
