good news is the coin did not quite drop that low and seems to be stabilizedSo much effin drama geeeezzz...
yep supposedly burst nation and crowetic and nameless are behind it namless lost some 6 digits of fiat currency in a ponzi scheme that failed rumor is they are crashing burst to recoup the money they lost supposedly they will need it to drop below 300 then they will pump and dump the coin...
Well if enough people abandon it the value tanks. Then they buy up and stop the attack and promote it being the best thing in the world just to dump it and value tanks again. How does that work?
Yeah all pools are on forks, i'm setting the pool on the fork that lex and a few others are promoting

the strongest chain is on 384676 now.^ done with an older rollback and no other peers allowed until it can sync up and i can back up the db for that fork.
there are more only ones who submit to that monitor are listedEight pools are now synced to the same block height and signature.

Not to add to the drama but it does look like Bittrex and Poloniex disabled burst. It makes sense to protect buyers and sellers on the various forks but if they don't reactivate it there's not outlet for the currency. If / when we pull out of this I'm sure it'll rally just fine.
And for those not aware: https://hardforum.com/threads/180-8tb-wd-external-easystore-usb3-8tb-wd-red-inside.1930595/
$160 - 8TB usb3 drives, I run several of these exact drives for burstcoin mining.
I snagged 4 yesterday. That takes me to 256TB on this burst box.
Btw, 1.2.8mu is out now and the recommendation is that we all switch to that version. It went smoothly for me and I have been current for the last several hours now. Right now i'm on:

problem is that cant be mined on or used to send burst only see your burst... i have made 300 during shit storm bust so far and .009 btc off the burst going low buying a crapload then selling while it was being pumped up till they closed withdrawals and deposits i just wish all my burst had been on polo at the time...1.2.9b-rc2 has been working for me so far.
Looks like there is a 1.2.9c version out, but looks like it has some untested stuff in it yet. I'll wait before switching versions again either way.
At least the network is starting to get its act together. Just have to wait it out a bit longer.
