I Don’t Trust $60 Games

I almost refuse to buy a game at full price. I realize alot of people want the latest and greatest, but if I wait for a single player game to fall to $15, its much easier on my wallet and depending on the game...hardware too.

That being said, the last single player game I bought was the pre-sequel borderlands for $1.49 from steam. the last multiplayer game was overwatch after playing it for a weekend. Even then, it was $35 on sale.

Steam sales only for me. I only buy used games at Gamestop for the consoles.

I don't even play much anymore besides a few indie games like Stardew Valley. Gaming is just bland right now.

FPS shooters = you can just expect them to be a generic PVP shooter.

Valve = abandoned real games. It's now all about mini games and micro-transactions.

RPG = giant map with not much to do. Only used as a gimmick to cheat playtime from the player because it now takes longer to get from A to B. Those damn hunt&fetch quests inspired from MMORPG!!!

What other genre is left anyways that isn't a PVP shooter or a bland RPG game?
