i changed channel for motel owner and now wifi down lol

So thr owner asked me, a tenant if i ckuld help with wifi complaints. Wifi analyzer on my phone said congested channel. I changed channel to less used one annd now wifi doesnt work even if i change channel back to auto. Help lol!

What model router are you talking about? More details and perhaps a reboot would help.

Has rebooting it been tried?

You might need to do a hard reset. What is the model?

With this issue and the prior complaints it could be a junk model or maybe the firmware could be buggy.

i just rebooted modem and router and everything seems to be working fine thanks!
