I called them like 3 weeks ago, and told them their sale site didn't have it in stock, and the cs representative sent me one for free.

I call them and they want me to wait for 24 hr to 48 hr because they said that they dont have in stock so I will need to wait what phone number did you call them and how come if they dont want in stock they can send you one for free
