HP 15z Ryzen 5, 16 GB RAM, 256 HD - $509.99

I couldn't imagine spending 1200 msrp on this with all the plastic. But for 660 bucks, its pretty good. I quite like the blue look, surprisingly. :)

Only real nit is that the screen (I got the upgraded touch screen, not the base screen) could be a bit brighter. It is, however, freesync compatible. Somewhat useless with Vega10, but still nice to have. :)

And deal is back, even better, 30 bucks cheaper. Base unit is 489 now (with really shitty screen), though my configuration is only 20 bucks cheaper.​
 
Hey, fyi I think the HP's have poor cooling, especially compared to the Lenovas.
 
odd that you think a 13" 360 convertible is the same thing as a pavilion 15" laptop. A quick search shows motherboards and cooling solutions are nowhere near the same. *shrug* Not saying this won't have a problem, but saying they're essentially the same is pretty verifiably wrong.

I do intend to enjoy. :p
