My outlook isn´t reading one folder. Maybe email size a large 1.5 GB or maybe files are corrupted I don't know. How to recover it?

It must be Outlook Express if you are asking about .dbx files.
No such animal in Outlook.

It's been so long since I've dealt with Outlook Express.... I don't remember if there
were any repair tools like there are for Outlook PST files.

You could try this....

Backup your current Outlook Express files, restore older Outlook Express backup
from when the folder was accessible. Save/export the content you want and then
restore your current backup. If you don't do backups, then you're probably SOL.

I've seen defrag fix things like this sometimes.

Buy an old copy of Office with Outlook if you need to, but ditch Outlook Express.
Outlook Express is evil and should be killed with fire.

Edit: Found this, it may or may not be helpful.

Hi,BlakeHeath

You need to check if the problem is caused by a corruption of the Outlook Express dbx data file, or caused by other reasons. To do that, you need to do as follows:

1. Locate the dbx file corresponding to your mailbox, by following the instructions below:

https://www.datanumen.com/outlook-express-repair/finddbx.htm

2. After locate the dbx file, make sure Outlook Express is closed.

3. Make a backup of the dbx file.

4. Delete the original dbx file.

5. Start Outlook Express, if you still get the same error, then chances are that your installation of Outlook Express is incorrect. You need to uninstall and reinstall Outlook Express. Note Outlook Express is included in IE so you may need to reinstall IE together.

If the error never appear, then your original dbx file is corrupt, you can use DataNumen Outlook Express Repair at https://www.datanumen.com/outlook-express-repair/ to repair and recover the emails in it, and then import the recovered emails back to Outlook Express by following the instructions at https://www.datanumen.com/outlook-express-repair/import.htm
Good luck!

To open the folder containing your *.DBX files, do the following in Outlook Express:
Tools > Options > Maintenance > click "Store Folder" button.
In the small dialogue box that opens, you will see a path that extends beyond the width of the text field which will be:

C:\Documents and Settings\<USER_NAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{long-ID-number}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Right-Click in the field > "Select All".
Right-Click > "Copy".

Cancel your way out of all the open dialogs and CLOSE Outlook Express.

Start Menu > Run.
Right-Click in the run field > "Paste" > press Enter or click "OK".
Every folder that shows in Outlook Express, including folders that you have made into sub-folders under a master folder, will have a corresponding *.DBX file with the same name as the folder.
Or OE-Mail Recovery also can repair damaged DBX files.
