How to post pictures?

I know dumb question but how do you post pictures in this forum? Every time I try it asks for a http URL...what am I supposed to do?

Host your pix elsewhere ;) I use www.imageshack.us, which gives you neat thumbnails as well -- but they (sorta) go away if you sign up. (You can still get them, but it's harder for some reason.)
 
Not allowed, is all I know. My guess would be something to do with bandwidth and storage costs.
 
I use my own webhosting to store my pictures online. No limits imposed. :cool:
 
Upload the photos to skydrive if you have an MSN/hotmail account and make the folder public. That is how I do it(with lights dimmed).
 
there are plenty of free image hosting services
I use flickr you upload the image there, then click on the "share this photo" button and it gives you the code you just copy and paste that here

flickr gives you limited free space, but its like 200 photos, so its fine for most peoples uses
 
I haven't had any problems with imageshack. They'll give you the code to paste into the forum.
