How to passively cool a Quadro P620?

Hi, I'm wanting to put together a silent, efficient "hobbybox" (a workstation for d*cking around) build with a Quadro P620.

Not sure how I can make the Quadro fanless though. I'd just live with one fan in the system, but I hate dealing with dust and cleaning it out, so that is my main reason, besides noise.

I've found the Arctic Accelero S3, of course, and this cooler Thermaltake used to make (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Thermaltake-Passive-Cooler-Fanless-CL-G0115/dp/B002DK9XLW) .

The Accelero S3 looks like it's probably overkill for what I need though, and it isn't indicated to be used with the Quadro P620. I also can't find how much the Thermaltake can dissipate. The Quadro P620's TDP is 40W.

What would be the best way to do it?
