How to move the %#@$ Refresh button back where it belongs?

I f'ing can't stand the Refresh button being on the right any longer :( , wtf were they thinking when they did IE7? URGH!!! :confused:

Driving me nuts having to move the mouse all the way to the opposite side from the back button every time I want to refresh :mad:, I want it back on the left with the forward/back buttons, how can I fix that about IE7? :confused:
 
It isn't necessary a solution, but I can honestly say I've never seen anyone actually move up and lick that button to refresh a page. F5 is much faster, imho, but I guess it's all up to personal preference. I don't think there's a way to change the layout of the interface.
