I have MS Office Enterprise 2007 (Word/Outlook), and I want to do a Mail Merge including the contacts inside the customized form(s) called "Contact Management" hosted on Exchange Server 2003.
I can do a Mail Merge from my local contacts, as well as the contacts from another mailbox I have access to. However, the Mail Merge fails to pick up the Contacts/customized forms in the Public Folders. I copied the "Contact Management" file to my mailbox, and tried removing the Sharing Permissions so I am left as owner. I tried doing the Mail Merge after that, but it didn't get picked up by Word 07.
I tried exporting the "Contact Management" file as a .pst file, and attaching it to my Outlook 07 client, and then tried to do the Mail Merge again, but this also failed.
Any ideas how I can accomplish this?
Thank you
