Ok, This is what I want to happen when I send an email to multiple addresses in Outlook:

I want the recipient to see his/her name and/or email address in the To: area
I don't want the recipient to be able to see any other email addresses and/or names
I want my email address and/or name to appear in the From: area

Is this possible with Outlook?

Thanks!!!

use the BCC field. BCC stands for blind carbon copy.

Ok, Bcc is not the answer to my question.

If Bcc is used then the recipient, or the To: field is blank. I want the To: field to be populated with the recipients name and/or address.

then you need to do an email merge with every email address, and send out one email for every address.

Bcc is only used for the recipient when you want to send mail to a list of people but keep it invisible to the recipeients. The to field is for single recipients
