How to gain access to posting in For Sale section

I've been visiting this site for around 8 years, mostly a lurker. I would like to know how does one gain rights to post in the "For Sale" section?

If I have to drink the fat than so be it.

Certain number of posts. I believe it's 150? I have access now.
Most of mine are useless though, so don't sell to taco.
