How to "format" a pocket PC?

I just gotr a HP 1910 from someone and it has all of his info on it for email, contacts, etc... It also has stuff in the Windows Explorer that I want to get rid of.

How do I remove all of his stuff and put mine in there because I want to sync it at home with all my info not his
 
What you're trying to do is called a "hard reset." I'm not sure if it's done the same way as my 1945, but you can look it up on the manual.

Take out your stylus and use it to press the reset button on the side of the battery cover and hold the stylus there. Then press and hold the power button until your iPAQ resets.
