How to export a VBN book format to any text file format?

for the book reader software "Evolve Select", how do you export the VBN file to a WPD, DOC or PDF or TXT format?

I notice there is a Print option, but how do you do a Print To File, and how do you select the entire book, because CTRL A doesn't work
