How to download flash video from nbc.com

Not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.

I was in NYC this morning and got some airtime on the Today Show. They have the video online and I want to get a copy of it locally. Any idea on how to do this?

Which clip I could grab it for you.

If you want to do it yourself I just use DownloadHelper with Firefox.

For sites where downloadhelper doesn't work I read the source in Opera, find whatever the video is, copy paste that in the URL window and have my movie. Maybe not the simplest way but it works for me.

Anyone know if there's a site where they put up entire episodes of the Today Show? They cut the clip short unfortunately online
