How to determine iMac model

[Instigator]

I know it's an Indigo G3 400, came with 128MB, 10GB, and Airport. I'm trying to find how to determine if it's the Summer 2000 or Early 2001 model, I just want to make sure in case there are any differences if I go to upgrade it with the Technowarehouse Slot-Load G4 500 iMac upgrade.
