How to create different user accounts in windows XP

I have created a gaming account successfully.
However I then installed some antivirus and firewall program with my normal user but then when I log into my gaming account it loads into that as well.

I use the Norman antivirus program and it has like 5-10 processes working in the background. Is there anyway to uninstall it just for my gaming account or do I have to use EnditAll as I used to? I was hoping to kill some micromanagement by creating a specific account.
 
if the startup proggies are in startmenu--startup, you can make them in the start menu for whatever user you want them to run for. but if they are in hklm/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run they will be global settings and will run for all users
