How to clear the bios password on a Dell Optiplex

I acquired a Dell Optiplex GX620 from a defunct company that was security obsessed (20+ character passwords, etc.) and they locked the bios with a password.

After doing some research I came up with the following suggestions:

-Remove the CMOS battery for a long period of time which would supposedly clear all BIOS settings, including the password. DId it. Didn't work
-Try a number of manufacturer bios passwords as discussed here. DId it. Didn't work
-Use !BIOS to try to figure out the password. DId it. Didn't work

Part of the problem is that I think this is a proprietary Dell motherboard, so the countless Award or AMI motherboard passwords don't work.

All I want to do is install Windows 7 and I can't change the boot sequence! Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Could press F12 when the BIOS is loading for the boot selection menu.

That's what I've been doing, but it won't allow me to make any changes because of the Bios Password. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I could have sworn I tried this before, will try again but I just realized the keyboard I had was busted. Will pick up a new one tomorrow and give it a shot.

That worked, thank you! The mistake I was making was simply removed the jumper before booting up (worthless, in retrospect). I just left the jumper off and all was well.
