How to change taskbar program button arrangement.

Hey everyone,
Is there a way to change how Windows XP (SP2) orients the buttons on the taskbar? The grouping works like this:

I have Outlook open and about 3-5 other programs each with their own button. When I go to open an email, a new window opens and it squeezes in next to the Outlook button while shifting the others over.

Is there a way to set it up so the newly opened button goes to the end of the list?

u could turn off grouping. But then if u have a rediculous amount of apps open, ur taskbar can get cluttered.

Yeah, I tried turning that off earlier, but it didn't do squat about the way it arranges the buttons.
