How to change language in XP? Spanish to English....

OK, I have a friend who moved to Mexico a year ago, and he is not very fluent at all in Spanish. He bought a PC down there and Windows XP is all in Spanish. He is having a very difficult time using his new PC.

Is there a way to change the language of Windows once it is already installed on the PC?

And of course the new PC did not come with a Windows disk.
